Simplified eLearning and eLearning Reusables are companies owned by Vignettes for Training, Inc. (VFT). VFT is an e-learning and technology services company. VFT assists clients develop and convert content to online learning, implement Learning Management Systems and learning platforms, and host the programs through VFT's secure web servers. VFT is the creator of the award winning "TrainingPayback.com" system to track Training Impacts. VFT also delivers a unique blended elearning workshop for instructional designers, trainers, managers and executives.
VFT started in 1999 by providing its clients short and interactive stories called Vignettes. Vignettes or story telling is at the heart of VFT's instructional philosophy. VFT believes that elearning programs are best learned through small, interactive, easy to use and relevant vignettes. In 2004, VFT accumulated a library of over 300 vignettes, interactive exercises, presentations, slideshows and downloads. From this library of interactive games, exercises, widgets, simulations, mapping, and other interactive methods was born the concept of eLearning Reusables.
To respond to client needs, VFT has introduced innovative solutions in simplification of learning systems. Hence, LMSSimplified and StoryGrains are new generation of web-based applications.

Ms. Jimenez oversees VFT’s finance and administration functions. She also currently serves as General Manager for the Athenaeum, California Institute of Technology
Vikram Singh

Mr. Singh oversees the architecture, software and product development for VFT. Mr. Singh led several enterprise-wide software developments involving e-commerce, procurement, performance management, human resources systems and sales tracking systems. He worked on projects with NASA, Boeing, Microsoft, U.S Air Force and others.
Rafael Santo Tomas

Mr. Santo Tomas oversees project implementation and client experience management. Mr. Santo Tomas has worked with Citibank Software Division for over 15 years. He has implemented several e-Learning Management and Performance Systems in companies like Aramark, American Bankers Association, Ryland Homes and many others.
